Did you know that everyone has the potential to be intuitive and we have all been given this gift! The only difficulty is that if we don’t practice tapping into our intuition we won’t strengthen the muscle. 

Developing our intuition muscle just takes a little bit of practice but with some patience and commitment you can easily get reconnected to your own inner guide.


Here are 3 exercises to get you reconnected to your intuition!



If you are struggling with choices take some time to put yourself mentally in both options. Sit in a comfortable position and imagine choice one and then check in with your body. How does it feel? Are you tense? Relaxed? Anxious? Really try to pay attention to what your body might be doing when you are thinking of a scenario.

Now run the exact same practice with choice 2 and evaluate which was a better body response for you.  Try repeating these exercise a couple times for better results 🙂

Have a Seat

This is a practice around letting your body be the leader and not indulging the mind. We pay so much attention to our mind that we forget that our body has the ability to speak to us as well.  Take 5 minutes a day to check in with your body. Checking in with your body could be taking notice of your natural breath through the nose.

Paying attention to your feet on the floor, your back against the chair. Notice any tightness, in your throat, torso, or face etc.

Set a Timer

Well, you don’t have to set a timer but it’s a great reminder to check-in with yourself throughout the day and see how you are feeling. By being more mindful of what is going on inside of you day to day you will allow yourself to gain more clarity around the different signals your body gives you. 

This inward focus allows you to listen to those subtle signals and messages which is key for developing your intuition. 


Those are 3 simple exercises that will allow you to take some time out to get connected to your own inner guide and strengthen your intuition muscle. The more you practice the better you’ll get!
